Greeting! I’m Shandu- the founder of Sacred Changes Wellness and creator of the Astro-Somatic Method™.
I am a trauma-informed consulting astrologer, Reiki practitioner, life strategy consultant, educator, and healing guide and mother of three. My work lives at the intersection of astrology, nervous system awareness, self-love, spirituality, and personal transformation.
For years, I have studied how people repeat emotional patterns that they often do not understand.
