Do I need my birth time?
Yes, but No. Your birth time is highly recommended because it helps determine your rising sign, houses, and the most personalized parts of your chart.
If you do not know your exact birth time, you can still book a reading, but some details may be more general. Your Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, and other planetary placements can still offer valuable insight.
For the most accurate reading, please provide:
Date of birth
Time of birth
City and state/country of birth
Is this therapy?
No. Sacred Changes Wellness does not provide therapy, diagnosis, crisis support, or medical treatment.
Sacred Changes offers trauma-informed astrology, nervous system education, spiritual insight, self-love support, and personal strategy. This work can be deeply reflective and healing, but it is not a replacement for licensed mental health care.

How long does it take to receive my reading?
Most written birth chart readings are delivered within 5–10 business days or sooner, depending on the depth of the reading and current order volume.
If your reading includes custom ritual product recommendations or deeper Astro-Somatic decoding, additional time may be needed.
You will receive your reading through the email address provided at checkout.
Are ritual products handmade?
Yes. Sacred Changes ritual products are handmade in small batches with intention, care, and spiritual focus.
Products may include oils, candles, soaps, body butters, bath blends, and other ritual tools designed to support themes such as self-love, protection, emotional healing, confidence, grounding, abundance, and transformation.
Because products are handmade, small variations in color, scent, texture, or appearance are normal.

Do you offer refunds?
Because birth chart readings, digital products, and custom ritual products require time, energy, preparation, and personalized work, all sales are generally final.
Refunds are not offered once a reading, digital product, or custom order has begun.
