At Sacred Changes Wellness, every reading, ritual product, and custom order is prepared with intention, time, and care. Because many of our offerings are personalized, handmade, digital, or spiritually customized, please review this refund policy before purchasing.

Birth Chart Readings, Digital Products, and Astrology Services

All sales for birth chart readings, Astro-Somatic Method™ readings, written reports, digital downloads, and personalized astrology services are final once the order has been placed.

Because these services require preparation, energetic labor, chart analysis, writing, and personalized interpretation, refunds are not available once your reading or report has begun.

If you made a mistake at checkout, please contact us within 24 hours of your order. If work has not yet begun, we may be able to update your order details.

Custom Ritual Products

Custom ritual products are made specifically for your intention, birth chart, or selected healing theme. For this reason, custom oils, candles, soaps, body care, bath blends, and spiritual tools are final sale.

Refunds are not offered for personal scent preference, color variation, texture variation, or changes of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your physical item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact Sacred Changes Wellness within 3 business days of delivery.

A brief description of the issue

If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

Shipping Policy

Sacred Changes Wellness ships handmade ritual products with care and intention.

Processing Time

Please allow 5–10 business days for handmade ritual products to be prepared before shipping.

Custom items may require additional time depending on the order size, ingredients, ritual preparation, and current order volume.

Birth chart readings and digital products are delivered by email and do not require shipping.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and your location.

Estimated shipping time is usually 3–7 business days after the package has been shipped.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Sacred Changes Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update it.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been marked as shipped and accepted by the carrier, Sacred Changes Wellness is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or carrier errors.

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Weather and Handmade Product Care

Some handmade body care or ritual products may soften, melt, or shift in texture during warm weather or transit. This does not mean the product is damaged.
